Moulinex OW6002. White bread

Ingredients

1000 g:
Water 420 ml
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 700 g
Dry baker's yeast 1 ½ tsp
Optionally:
Olives 130 g
Lard slices 200 g

Cooking method

  • Weight 750 g:

  • Water 315 ml. ...

  • Salt 1½ tsp

  • Sugar ½ tbsp. l.

  • Wheat flour 520 gr.

  • Dry baker's yeast 1 tsp

  • Optionally:

  • Olives 90 g

  • Lard slices 150 g

  • Place the ingredients in the container in the following order: water, salt and sugar.

  • Then add flour and dry yeast.

  • Place the container in the bread maker. Select program 9, bread weight and desired crust color. Click on the start-stop button.

  • Add additional ingredients if desired after the first beep (after about 16 minutes).

  • At the end of the program, switch off the appliance, remove the container and put the bread out of the container.


Note

Despite popular belief, this wheat flour-based bread contains essential nutrients, including phosphorus, potassium and calcium. Ideal bread for savory or sweet snacks.
