I chose for a long time, read a lot, pondered and weighed all the pros and cons and, in the end (giving up on everything), I went and got it!
Bottom line: The bread is already in the cooking process.

The whole family is watching the process very closely! And I, in the course of the "play", still keep the chronology of events. So:
Basic program - 3 hours, Weight - 900 g, crust - medium:
1.preliminary kneading - 10 minutes
2.pause - 20 minutes
3. kneading - 15 minutes (after 10 minutes a signal sounds to add additional ingredients)
At the moment we are at stage 4. first ascent - ?? minutes (the stove has become a little warm).
So, to be continued ...

For a number of objective reasons, it was not possible to immediately continue the description of the baking process of the first bread in life.
Today I have a free minute, and I decided to finish what I started.
So.
Basic program - 3 hours, Weight - 900 g, crust - medium:
1.preliminary kneading - 10 minutes
2.pause - 20 minutes
3. kneading - 15 minutes (after 10 minutes a signal sounds to add additional ingredients)
4. first raising - 20 minutes (the stove has become a little warm).
5.Washing - 10 sec.
6. second ascent - 54 min. 50 sec.
7.baking - 60 min.
In the end, this is what happened:

But this did not upset us, and the bread was successfully eaten, not having time to cool down properly.

The second attempt, the next day, was crowned with even less success and the roof completely failed. I didn't even take pictures.
But ... We're not used to retreating!
The forum was once again VERY carefully re-read, appropriate conclusions were made, corrections were made to the recipe (taking into account the moisture content of the flour and the wishes of the household), and everything worked out !!!!
And so, attempt # 3.
Recipe:
Water - 260 gr.
Flour - 420 gr.
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Rust oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast (saf-moment) - 1 tsp.
Basic program - 3 hours, Weight - 900 g, crust - medium.
Result (620 g):

On the fourth day, having become a little bolder, it was decided to try to bake larger breads and a slightly different recipe (with the addition of milk).
Attempt # 4.
Recipe:
Water - 270 gr.
Pasteurized milk -100 gr.
Flour - 600 gr.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Butter - 25 gr.
Dry yeast (saf-moment) - 1.5 tsp.
Program No. 3 (French) - 3 hours 50 minutes, Weight - 900 g, crust - dark.
Result (930 g):

Hello everyone! I bought my stove in December 2010. I ran through the website of the bread makers and did not find any recipes for my x / n. You know, how it became insulting! But I use recipes from other x / n. I did a lot of experiments, but .... I took two recipes for ordinary white bread, two recipes for cakes and one recipe for a cupcake. I get them well and tasty. I didn't really like the rest of the recipes (with various additives). I give each recipe a name (title) so as not to get confused in a large number of recipes. And so I want to offer you my recipes.
White bread "Nest". Why did I call him that? Sometimes his "roof" falls through and the failure looks like a nest. Why it fails - I don't understand. But delicious !!
300 ml - water (can be replaced with serum)
2 tbsp. l. - vegetable oil
450 gr. - flour
1.5 tsp. - salt
1 tsp - sugar
1.5h l. - dry yeast (Lviv).
I follow the "kolobok". Program - No. 3 Weight - 900g. The crust is dark.
White bread "The Roof Torn Down"
400 ml. - beer
2 tbsp. l. - vegetable oil
700gr. - flour
2 tsp - salt
1 tbsp. l. - sugar
1.5h l. - dry yeast.
Program - No. 3 Weight - 900g. The crust is dark. Follow the kolobok!
It turns out: height - 18cm, weight - 900g.
I always bake (well, mostly) on program # 3. It turns out a very tasty crust: crispy and crispy. Why did she call it that? I read the responses to this recipe and everyone unanimously wrote that they had "blown away" from this recipe. So I called it that.

Now I want to offer you two recipes for delicious cakes.
Easter cake "Kiryusha"
105 ml. - milk (I tried to replace it with whey - the difference is almost invisible)
3 pcs. - eggs
175 g - butter or margarine.
460 g - flour
6 tbsp. l. - sugar
1.5 tsp. - salt
3 tsp - dry yeast (I use Lviv)
After the second batch, at the signal - add 140 gr. raisins.
Program - No. 3, weight - 900g. the crust is dark.
It turns out: height - 15.5 cm, weight - 1kg 150g.
Easter cake "Superfood"
2 pcs. - eggs
130 gr. - butter
80 ml. - milk
345 gr. - flour
- vanillin
1 tsp - salt
4 tbsp. l. - sugar
2 tsp - dry yeast.
In the second batch after the signal add - 100 g. raisins.
Program - No. 3 Weight - 750 g. The crust is dark.
These are recipes for two delicious cakes. I always follow the kolobok. I like Kiryusha Easter cake more. Try to cook it too, I hope you enjoy my recipes! Bon Appetit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also liked the recipe for LEMON cake. It turned out to be not high for me (I didn’t follow the kolobok then, and I don’t know yet whether it is necessary to adhere to the “kolobok” rule in this recipe), only 11cm. weight: 1 kg. 90g. The cupcake is low and heavy. Well, everything, I think, again turned out to be a baked brick ... But they cut it, tried it - soft, with a slight citrus flavor. Even at once, not everyone understood that it gives off a lemon - they thought - an orange.
4 things. - eggs
300gr. - sugar
1 pinch - salt
to hammer it all in a little.
120 gr - butter
450 gr. - flour
3.5 tsp - baking powder, baking powder
1 PC. - lemon. (cut, remove the bones and mince, add in the second batch after the signal)
Program - No. 3, Weight - 750 g. The crust is dark.

I had not paid attention to such concepts as "cake" and "cake" before. For me it was somehow the same ... And now I know that the cakes are lighter and more fluffy, and the cakes are heavier and denser in composition, but also tasty. And I came to another conclusion that bread should still remain bread, without any additives. I tried to bake bread with mushrooms, and with garlic, and with frying. Better to bake ordinary bread and rub the crust with garlic, or put the same mushrooms on top of a cut piece of bread. I tried to make bread with fried and mushrooms (according to the recipe on the website) Frying gave an unpleasant fat content in the bottom of the bread, and we did not even feel the mushrooms. That is why I had such an opinion about the purpose of bread. Do you agree with me?
And also my opinion about this bread maker. No doubt, the x / n is excellent! But I miss its such function as baking rolls, rolls, baguettes. In other cotton products there are special grates for baking piece products. And here ... alas ... And I would like the bread to come out not only in height ... but also the width of the containers for the bread, and the volume of the bread was more ... But nothing. We will bake bread, cakes and muffins !!!!!! It's delicious too! Who has recipes for delicious muffins? Throw off please. I didn't insert photos, because I can't do it ... Sorry.

Owners of hp tell me there really is a problem with touch buttons, when baking occurs (apparently, as I understand it, the touch panel heats up and does not want to work), they do not work, but start working after cooling down ??? and how does it work ???

Good day everyone! Before the new year, my husband bought the APPARATUS himself. At first I was upset, there is not a word about Gorenje in the recipes. I suffered for a week (the roof was falling all the time), and now I have adapted and super. The roof in the bread falls from the excess of yeast. And in our HP, the main mode is too short (others have it for 4 hours). I bake on the 2nd or 3rd mode and everything works out great. Good luck to all!!!

Hello everyone! I have no problem with the control panel. Always works great. And in the instructions for the stove everything is quite clearly described ... And I never had to remove it from the lock. I even forgot this Temko somehow that it exists! I'm baking so far on programs 1 and 3. I'm very happy!
But I like the 3rd program better. I'm curious ... I have a recipe for making baguettes. And if I make it not in the shape of a baguette (my oven does not allow it), but in the shape of ordinary bread .. Is it worth trying ?? Will it work?

And yet, I drew attention to the fact that if you do not immediately pull the bread out of the container, it gains moisture. I try not to miss this moment. And yet, ... I have a lot of bread recipes, but I noticed one regularity, in recipes, if bread is baked with beer, then a loaf of bread can be baked more than a kilogram, and if you bake in water (or whey), then bread is basically 450 grams -600.This is not enough for my family! The fact is that you can't buy beer, and whey is cheaper. It is more profitable for me to bake large-sized bread. I want it to be cheap and cheerful. There is one recipe for bread on water (whey), but I did not like it, the bread according to this recipe is dense and not tasty. It's also expensive to make on milk. So I'm now looking for an inexpensive recipe - water, salt, sugar, flour, yeast. And yet, I want to draw the attention of novice bakers, those who bought cotton, but have never baked yet - you, of course, will look for bread recipes. For different ovens, there is a different sequence for placing food. In our cotton model, the liquid components of the recipe are necessarily first laid, tobish - water, milk, whey, butter (butter or vegetable), eggs (this is also liquid), then flour comes, and on it in different corners salt, sugar, with the center of the flour is yeast. I write all this not because I want to write something, but because sometimes you automatically miss something. And then you wonder why it didn't work out like everyone else! Yes, the most important thing I want to warn you about !! I ruined my bread container a little. I bought an expired pastille on the market. She was dry and hard. When baking cakes, I decided to use marshmallow instead of raisins. She's also sweet. Well, I think it will look very interesting in Easter cakes, and will give an unusual color in the places where it is located. I broke the marshmallow into small pieces and added it to the dough in the second batch after the signal. Result: The hard parts of the marshmallow scratched the lining of the bread container a little! And then the marshmallow melted and it was not completely visible. So do not throw in solid ingredients in the batch. I want to try adding marmalade of different colors to the cake. I'll cut it into cubes. If they don't melt, it will be very cool! Indeed, if you leave the bread after baking, it turns out softer than the one that was taken out immediately. After pressing the start / stop button, the breadmaker exits this mode and returns to the task selection mode.
2. Whichever liquid you use, the main thing is to keep the proportions correctly: so just count the amount of liquid and flour based on the desired weight of the bread. And whether it will be beer, water, or whatever it doesn't matter.
3. If the baking process begins immediately after the ingredients are laid, then the "confused" order of the laying is not fatal ...
4. There are many bread recipes for a bread machine on this forum and for every taste. Choose, try, you will surely find the one that you and your family will like.

Simple bread recipe for every day. I bake constantly, it always turns out. For a loaf 750 gr.:
Water - 290 ml.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Flour 520 gr.

If you like, then take it, the presence of additional.buckets are a big plus, Teflon is subject to gradual wear. Panasonic as a device will be better (quieter, build quality), but one bucket. In general, Panasonic is good at everything. I am satisfied with my Gorenje BM 900 AL (3 months).

no changes can be made. You can interrupt and install another program. But there are 12 homemade baking programs here. You set the time yourself and turn it on.

There is no such program, I am engaged in dumplings and I can say that knead the dough with your hands and leave it on the table for 30 minutes and you're done. The bread maker is very good and I recommend it

What for? Knead on the 1st program (knead 1 lasts up to 14 minutes), if you need to stop the process, press pause or stop earlier.
