  • From (1) add about 1 tbsp. spoon mixture for dusting muffins.
  • Pour the remainder (a) and (1) into the dough. Mix.
  • Add raisins.
  • You will get a dough with the consistency of very thick sour cream. Lay out in molds with a spoon about half. I greased my simple molds with butter and pounded with semolina ...
  • The main concern in this recipe is to measure the food. Whoever has a scale with dumping tare - measure directly on them - it's faster.
  • It turned out extremely tender and beautiful cupcakes in the amount of 10 pieces. Very aromatic. And crispy bran powder with germs. Myakish really, I can't call it "male" - at all)))

Baking these cupcakes again. They reminded me of the forgotten taste of my grandmother's muffins, the combination of honey and sunflower oil, which I remember from deep childhood. I liked the recipe, because when there is no margarine or excess oil in the house, you can bake without them. We need to think, maybe, and replace sour cream with milk, it is in the house more often. I’ll tell you a secret that I don’t like to wash mixers and combines, so this recipe is for me!
They rise well, the crumb is soft.
There were no wheat germs, I took a little more bran (they were just lying around!), Instead of soda - also baking powder, instead of raisins - frozen (just frozen, from the freezer) black currant. We have a lot of it, no one wants to use it, but here I really liked the sourness.

It seems to me that milk will not work for this recipe. Something fermented is needed here ... When I don't have enough sour cream, I take kefir.
