Category: Bakery
Ingredients
Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp.
(240 g)
Brown sugar
(took the usual white) 2/3 tbsp.
Serum
(I have milk) 1/2 tbsp.
Melted butter
(margarine 125 g
Slightly beaten eggs
(whipped lightly with a fork) 3 pcs.
Peeled pears
and cut into slices
(cut into cubes) 2 pcs.
Baking powder
(I put 1 sachet) 1 tsp.
with top
Ground ginger 2.5 tsp
Cooking method

Mix sifted flour with ginger, baking powder, add sugar, eggs, whey (milk), melted butter (margarine) and pear pieces. Stir, but not much.
Pour dough into MV saucepan. Baking mode -65 minutes + 20 minutes. to heighten the blush. But even after 65 minutes, the cake was completely ready, I checked it with a wooden stick.

The cupcake came out with a fabulous, delicate aroma of ginger and pear ... and very tasty. I fed them to my family for breakfast - everyone was happy!

Somehow the people ignored the recipe, I look. And my relatives carry the pear and carry it all. We have to look for recipes. Here is your cupcake, Crochet, I was very attracted by its simplicity. True, I had less than a spoonful of ginger, well, nothing, I think, it will be so tasty. It is baked just. Thank you!

Of course it works. To do this, turn the cupcake over and everything looks glamorous.
Gertrude
well, of course ... I'll probably bake it in KhP, there definitely won't be anything white

Tiny, I baked this cupcake in VM, I really liked it! Fragrant, moderately sweet, juicy! I was afraid that the ginger would give a bitterness - it turned out that I was in vain. I will bake some more, thanks for the recipe!

Prepared in a multicooker Philips HD 3060. It turned out to be short. Until I realized why - either the baking powder is old, or because of the amount of ingredients reduced for a small multicooker ... I will repeat, because there are a lot of pears) and I really, really liked the ginger in the dough.

I cooked it again, I liked the cupcake even more. It turned out more puffy than the first time (I think, from a baking powder), but still miniature, like the Philips HD 3060 itself :) It also turned out to be tasty and crispy and soft, if I can say so at the same time, a crust. I think this is from the changed baking regime.I put in more ginger, by the end of baking, the aroma spread, the first time it was not like that, there was only a delicate taste of ginger in the baking. We decided that we would repeat such a cupcake for "tea together".

Used the Cupcake, tempera mode. 120, time 120 minutes. I reduced the ingredients as follows: flour 3/4 faceted glass, brown sugar 1/3 cup, milk 1/4 cup, 1 small pear, 50-60 g of melted butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder without a slide, 1 1/2 tsp. ginger with slides. And I decided that I would not interfere with the pear. I'll just lay it on top, it sinks well. And the one in the dough creates a little illusion of unbaked dough.

Thank you for the delicious and easy (!) Recipe!

Oh, I misinterpreted the bake time in the post above. Not 120 minutes, of course. And one hour and 20 minutes. Now I want to try to make a banana cake. I went to see the baking mode and found an error.
