Pie with poppy seeds and fruit

Ingredients

Wheat flour 400 g
Milk 100 ml
Water 100 ml
Sugar 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Butter or margarine 60 g
Dry yeast 1.3 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Powdered milk 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • So, while the dough was rising, I cooked a poppy filling-100 ml. milk brought to a boil, added 150 gr. poppy seeds, put 3 full tablespoons of honey and boiled until thick, cooled. She divided the risen dough into three parts, rolled each into a long strip, spread the poppy mixture and rolled it into a roll. I put the rolls in a round shape one by one, greased them with an egg and set to rise.

  • It increased in size by 3-4 times: the dough is super, in the refrigerator there were three (!) Large imported plums with small bones, cut them into small sectors and spread them between the rolls that make up the pie.

  • First I baked for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, and then another 15 minutes at 160.

While the dough was rising, I wanted something more global, I remembered that I had seen the recipe for an unusual cake and found it 🔗, but it seemed to me that you can make it easier and faster and no less tasty - time and marzipans are not always there, so I just didn't have them, but I really wanted a pie!
It turned out to be a fantastically tender and beautiful cake and, importantly, quickly.
