Brownie chocolate-curd cakes

Ingredients

Flour 70 g
Salt pinch
Sugar
(I put less, here it is at your discretion)
250 g
Butter (not salted) 115 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Dark chocolate 115 g
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
For the curd layer:
Curd mass (like Philadelphia) 225 g
Sugar 65 g
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate with butter. Pour in sugar, a pinch of salt and vanillin. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well. Better a mixer. Add salt and flour. ¼ pour the dough into another container, and the rest into the mold. Pre-cover the form with foil (!!!) so that the edges protrude, so that later it would be convenient to stretch our work by pulling on them. I covered 2 sheets, which crossed, that is, one along and the other across the form.
  • For the curd layer, beat the curd mass with sugar, vanilla and egg until creamy. Pour over the chocolate dough.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate dough with a spoon on top (here and there) and stir slightly with a fork, touching the curd layer so that the 2 colors mix a little.
  • Oven at 180 gr. about 30 min. If you make a larger portion, then increase the time!
  • Remove the baked Brownie from the oven and let cool. I kept in shape. Then put in the refrigerator for 2 hours and can be cut into cakes.

Note

I like Brownie Cakes. I saw such a recipe in a magazine and fired up to cook. Chocolate with a delicate curd layer. Sooooo delicious! I advise you too. And it's better to have a double (or triple) portion at once!

Bon Appetit!

Mila, a very interesting recipe
I have a question: do you need to add any baking powder to the dough? You can see in the photo that the edge is more airy compared to the middle.

Omela, lesik_l , thanks, girls!

No, I didn’t add. In general, this is a plump cake. And the edge turned out like that, probably because there was less curd layer on it.

Mila007 but you can use ordinary cottage cheese, it's just that my kefir mushroom works, I want it not in vain

Of course you can! It's just that I, like Stella, almost always only use pasty. And if you take the usual one, it is better "damp" so that it is not very dry. And twist it in a blender to make it homogeneous.
Alexandra
If made from kefir in a cold way, then the curd is immediately pasty

You did great! I also fell slightly off. This is normal for this type of test. Thanks for the report, photo and rating!

And what’s it, I’m nothing, I’m already sitting without salt, I’m eating it, very tasteful, and so unusual

Thanks for the recipe Darling

Count on a shape of about 15 to 25. At least 5 cm in height. In general, what is available, in such a pit. The main thing is that the dough fits and the sides protrude from above.

Burned today chocolate curd cookies (source: the book "Chocolate Temptation" issue 2006), but it turned out to be here called "brownie ... Brownie". The recipe is very similar, but slightly different, and the cooking processes are one to one, so I will write the number of products that I used (I hope Mila007 will not mind):
Dough:
Semi-sweet chocolate 100g
Draining. oil 100g
Sugar (I took 2/3 tbsp) 1.5 cups
Eggs 3 pcs
3/4 cup flour
vanillin

Filling:
Cottage cheese 200g
Egg 1 pc
Sugar 1 tbsp. l
Flour 1.5 tbsp. l
vanillin
Optional melted chocolate or chocolate icing to cover the cookies.

I have a 20x20 form, baked for 45 minutes at 180 *.
