I bought meat, I need to make minced meat loaf in cotton, we have a fake bunny very popular. : girl_love: Delicious hot with gravy, but I like it as a cold appetizer.

DonnaRosa, I really want to see how it looks. Why is this name - "fake" bunny? I think other types of meat are also possible, I just love minced chicken + pork, it tastes more tender, I think. Thanks for the interesting recipe, I have two HP, in one the pulley fell out, and now I use it for baking
DonnaRosa
Mandraik Ludmila, We call it that, I translated it literally.
Mandraik Ludmila
DonnaRosa, but I thought it was in the form, for example. Take a picture, please .... Shape it into a thick sausage? Or maybe even wrap it in cling film, so that it would be juicier, and then after an hour cut it and bake it to the crust for the last hour?

Not, they just form it like a roll, but in cotton it takes the form of a bucket of a bread machine, in the same way, like potato casserole. I also cook it in x / n. Less of our expensive electricity winds up than in the oven.

I can't find a bunny photo,: umnik2: installed Windows 10 and erased part of the photo.

I realized thanks, DonnaRosa, Simple and should be delicious

DonnaRosa, or maybe it is better to wrap it in foil? I'm afraid it will burn, I want to do it in a cartoon.
And the recipe is good, otherwise the husband was going to make sausage, he has already cut the meat, he will come tired, I will show him the recipe that you can bake it without a belly.
DonnaRosa
stall, I wrap the prepared brisket in foil. I bake in m / w, and not in cotton, but I also pour a little hot water on the lined foil. Excellent meat turns out.
I prepare it like this: salt, pepper, stuff the brisket with garlic, pour it a little with olive oil. I let it lie wrapped in foil so that the garlic does its job.
I cook for ave / baked goods, I love her.

Irsha,
And I thought that the fake bunny is from peas, and if with meat, then this is meat bread.

Last week I tried cooking in a Redmond slow cooker. This is what you should never do.
In the bread maker, everything would have been fine, as before, but I decided to try and ... failure. They ate, of course, but it took an awful long time to prepare, the skin stuck to the bottom, came off when turned over, and in general, do not do it in the cartoon.

Anoint a cotton bucket inside, place the cooked minced meat there, smooth it and everything further, as described above.

Good idea, it turns out no worse than in the oven BUT takes much less electricity
Mirabel
DonnaRosaThank you very much for the hare! I added onions, garlic powder and cost one egg. And baked for only 1.40 minutes.
tell me how best to warm it up. so as not to become hard?
DonnaRosa
Mirabel, We eat it hot, immediately after cooking, and when it cools down, like a cold snack in the form of a roll. It can be with mayonnaise and horseradish, or it can be for a sandwich or as someone likes. It is quite possible that you can reheat, but I have never done this, I don't even have a microwave oven, I don't heat anything up, I just cook and eat everything fresh.

unfortunately, this does not always work out: girl-th: I am afraid that heating can dry it out ... but there is not much choice.
DonnaRosa
Mirabel, Drizzle with gravy.

What gravy would you recommend?

What gravy would you recommend?
What do you like for meat. You can be white, or maybe a little tomato, if you like. We serve white gravy, in that case.
Mirabel
DonnaRosa, White is flour with plum butter in a skillet and then gradually add milk or cream. something like this?
DonnaRosa
Mirabel,. more or less like this
Mirabel
DonnaRosa, did everything! Sooo great! Thank you very much for the reupt and consultation!
brendabaker
Mirabel,
Vika, did you cook a bunny for an hour outside the rice cooker?
Do you remember on the Third street kitchen a woman baked meat loaf in a small rice cooker, I don't remember. Did she pull it out by the foil? (in the sense of laying out the bowl with foil).
I cover my meatloaf with a mixture of ketchup and sugar.
And with the ketchup, what is left cold, Simple, but tasty.

Oksana, No, I cooked everything in a bread maker.
And I didn’t see cooking in the rice cooker, I would have tried it.
brendabaker
Mirabel,
Vika, in the rice cooker, at the author's, it seemed to me that the bottom was fried, so I started talking about the foil,
There are no problems in the bread maker, once set the time and you do not need to press the button 3-4 times
DonnaRosa
Mandraik Ludmila, Found a photo of my fake bunny in an old theme.

DonnaRosa, very beautiful!
During the cooking process, my protein curled up very cool and I had to remove this unsightly thing ... and you have no unnecessary "build-ups".

I was attracted by the name of the recipe: I thought from hare A purely masculine recipe and, most importantly, without unnecessary gestures 🔗

DonnaRosa,

Fake bunny baked in a bread maker
I cooked in a slow cooker, minced turkey.
The taste is intense, I will definitely do it.
The recipe is excellent, thanks Donna Rose
DonnaRosa
brendabaker, It worked well, but I don't see the top.
mamusi
DonnaRosa, tell me, dear, what if I venture to cook only beef? Is it very dry? A?
I only have goayadin ... ah! Well there is turkey breast fillet ... I can grind ...
Otherwise, if I get sick, I have flu and fever, I won't go to the store tomorrow for pork ... But bite hotzza ...

It turns out that you bake for 2 hours in HP? 120min ...
Not much
I'm afraid ...
DonnaRosa
mamusi, And no fat to add? I'm afraid it will be hard if you cook it from lean beef. I baked in a Panasonic bread maker, my hare was fat, I was afraid that it would not be baked, not bread. Well, you need to choose the temperature in what you will bake. Each device knows.

Lard ~ let's look!)

mamusi, Cut the bacon into pieces and mix with the minced meat, and check the readiness for the first time, look after 80 minutes

DonnaRosa,
Fake bunny baked in a bread maker
The top is standard pale, next time
, or I will grease it with a mixture of ketchup and sugar before baking,
Or I will bake in a coup, it keeps its shape very well.
For 1 hour at 110 ℃ in Philips 3060 I baked my own, from turkey breast fillet, the temperature inside the piece was 80 ℃, instead of the desired 74 ℃ ← 77 ℃.
The hare turned out NOT DRY, but it crumbles a little when cutting with a knife.
I liked the taste more than meat bread with onions, crackers, mustard, ketchup, ......

I used to grease meatloaf in a slow cooker like this, next time you need to try to grease a hare on top before baking in MV.

If it crumbles, I would grind the minced meat again, add another egg and beat it all together well.

DonnaRosa,
GREAT THOUGHT, Donna Rosa, I will take into account for the future, because I will definitely do a hare more than once
mamusi
DonnaRosa, And here I am with a piece of the Hare! : lol

Fake bunny baked in a bread maker
Mine is beef with chunks of butter.
Thanks for the idea. It's delicious! .. Quick and easy!
brendabaker
The whole charm of THIS hare, unlike other recipes of this Lithuanian-German dish, lies in its EFFICIENCY, plus excellent taste from a minimal set of products.
You do not need to grate onions, cook rice, cook hard-boiled eggs separately, or soak bread in kefir.
Nothing is needed, but there is taste, softness and juiciness, that's what pleases and attracts in it.
PS although there was an idea to stew the whole carrot in cream and place it beautifully in the center of the hare.
DonnaRosa
brendabaker, Strips of bacon can be rolled into a hare along the entire length. Or cut the bacon into pieces and mix with the minced meat.
