Carp on a potato pillow (slow cooker)

Ingredients

Potatoes 7 pcs. (medium)
Carp 1 PC. (600 g approx)
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Spices for fish
Salt pepper
Dill

Cooking method

  • I used to make fish in a cartoon, and cook potatoes separately. But washing the dishes is very annoying. I tried to make a 2 in 1 multi - fish and side dish. We really enjoyed!!!!!
  • Cut the peeled potatoes into slices and fold into a cartoon. Pour water over to cover the potatoes slightly. Add 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, salt, pepper. Put on top a whole carp (peeled and gutted), salted on all sides. Put some dill in the belly. Sprinkle with fish spices, brush with 1 tbsp. l. sour cream, I sprinkled with chopped dill on top.
  • The PLOV program.
  • At the end of the program, we get a tender fish and a juicy little baked potato !!!! Delicious!!!!! And the main thing for me is simple preparation and a minimum of dirty dishes !!!!
  • Carp on a potato pillow (slow cooker)

The dish is designed for

2 servings

And I usually throw frozen vegetables downstairs, but I do so on the stove, but I'll buy a cartoon and definitely try it in it too. In the meantime, I'm collecting recipes. Therefore, the volume interests .. I have an adult hungry son, he has such a portion for one tooth

My cartoon is large, 4.5 liters. In the photo in the cartoon, a portion for two adults who love to eat! And of course, instead of potatoes, you can use any vegetables of your choice!

I'm sure your dish is delicious! But I cook with imagination, namely: 1. potatoes (salt + spices) in a cartoon to the bottom. 2. carp in pieces (salt + spices) 3. put onion rings on top of 4. put tomatoes in thick rings 5. sour cream or mayonnaise (if sour cream, then salt again). In the DEX cartoon, the extinguishing mode is 1 hour. OOOOO Very tasty, but I will definitely try your recipe. It's faster and cheaper.

I have a pilaf mode - 1 hour. Not too much for potatoes?

koziv, how good that you opened this topic. I looked here, so delicious that I immediately decided - fish for dinner! Definitely on a potato pillow! True, I don't have a multicooker, but I have an oven, there is no carp, there is a chub, and he is from the carp family.
I love all kinds of fish and in any form, I cook almost every day.

I have 2 chubs weighing 700g, peeled and gutted. I decided to leave the heads and fins with tails. For beauty. This time she poured it with orange juice, the lemon ran out, a little salt. Marinated for about 30 minutes.
Potatoes with onions, fish, sour cream with mayonnaise and tomato. Of course salt and pepper. And into the oven. While the dish was being prepared, I ran into the room so as not to choke on saliva from the seductive smell.

Here's what happened.

In this form, the fish is sent to the oven.

Now I will lay out on plates.
I looked at all this beauty and so wanted to get a bottle of wine from the pantry. Which I did.
Dinner was a success!
All thanks to you, koziv. Thank you!

Thanks to the author for the great idea. I made potatoes with onions and spices (a little hops-suneli), on top of the fish mayonnaise and grated cheese. The smell from the oven is awesome, and you really have to stay away)) Very tasty !!! No photo, there was no time for the photo, everyone wanted to eat.

To your health !!!!

Thank you for the recipe! Made in a cartoon, very tasty! The child practically ate the fish himself in a couple of days :-) I salted the potatoes, seasoned them with sour cream and let them soak for 10 minutes, and marinated the carp in sour cream with salt and pepper in the evening. Inside, following the above advice, I put a bunch of fresh-frozen dill, since there was no fresh one at hand. On top of the fish, onion in half rings, sour cream and Dutch hard cheese. rubbed. I filled it with sauce from under the potatoes, which formed + water, without covering the potatoes and on the Pilaf mode. Easy, fast, satisfying and most importantly, everyone can :-)
