Rabbit fillet in wild mushroom sauce in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Rabbit fillet
(frozen from 1 kg packaging)
0.5KG
Wild mushroom sauce for chicken
(in the package)
Cream (33%) 200 g
Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I just washed the fillet from the package, cut it into 6 pieces, it turns out to be oval - like chops (be careful - I cut it right in frozen form, with a finn, because I blew myself with the kitchen ones).
  • Stir the contents of the bag into the cream.
  • Put the fillet pieces in a saucepan, pour the sauce on top of it.
  • Turn on the Quenching mode - 2.5 hours.
  • After 15 minutes. turn the pieces over.
  • In 30 min. until the end - add flour and mix thoroughly.
  • P.S. I didn't salt - in general, there is enough salt in the bag (IMHO).
