In my opinion, nothing enhances the taste of a dish as well as good wine. (y) And different dishes require different wine. And it is so difficult to keep several bottles of good wine at home. ??? And I decided to see what had already been invented for this. I share what I found on the Internet. Perhaps it is interesting to someone else.
Well, I already knew that there are refrigerators for wine and even saw them on sale, both large and small (at an affordable price). And on the Internet I came across very curious devices for wine. This, for example, is the Climadiff Echanson desktop wine cooler based on the Peltier principle. This cooler will allow you to quickly cool a bottle up to 10.5 cm in diameter and maintain the temperature in it.
The cooler has 3 thermostat temperature settings:
8 ° C (for champagne, white, rosé wines),
12 ° C (for young red wines),
18 ° C (for aged red wines).
The thing, of course, is comfortable and beautiful, but very expensive. It costs about 10,000 rubles. But I don't like it anyway.
And here is also an unusually small wine cabinet for 2 bottles is able not only to maintain the serving temperature of red and white wine, but also to preserve open bottles using a vacuum. Two temperature zones: 100 and 180C.
Also an interesting "toy" and also expensive - 21,000 rubles.

I have been looking at wine refrigerators for a long time, but I don’t know where to put it, otherwise I keep everything on the mezzanine, and this is not right, since I am fond of collection wines and champagne.

And this is considered a classic set for a home bar:
1. Ice jar and tongs
2. Machine for making crushed ice (crusher)
3. Blender
4. Citrus press
5. Shaker
6. A bowl for beating
7. Wooden pestle
8. Bar strainer
9. Combined measuring container
10. Bar spoon
11. Knife and cutting board
12. Constipation for a bottle of champagne
I have some of this (I love cocktails), but I think you can do without a crusher.

I wonder if anyone else is fond of bar "things"?

I read the topic about cocktails. Artworks Hairpins impressive. And Temka started to discuss different bar devices and how to use them correctly. I really want to learn what I still can't do. Agree, our home bars are not very well developed, and cocktails prepared at home are also not very well developed.

Have you read the topic about liqueurs? This one? Well, where I am Crochet will he give you a tincture with honey and pepper soon?

I completely agree with you about the size of the kitchen. I was going to place my bar in the living room, but the crisis prevented its implementation.
I have already started reading the topic about liqueurs - it is exciting!

In Holland, they began to produce such portable Home bar and such desktop Home bar coolers of bottles. And, oddly enough, the stated cooling time - 5 minutes - is true! Checked repeatedly.

I don’t know if it’s right that we have combined the themes "Home bar" and "Wine cooler"? But I continue to write about the bar here. In the past holidays, at home, I came across some more items on this subject. Here they are. This is a wine thermometer. Putting it on the bottle, you can see if the temperature of the wine corresponds to the required 🔗
This is a corkscrew with a built-in thermometer 🔗

This stopper is equipped with a pump so that a vacuum is created in the closed bottle. 🔗

These are: a cork-aerator, it enriches the bottled wine with oxygen, while simultaneously performing the functions of a decanter - separating liquid from sediment 🔗

Such a syringe serves to open bottles - the cork is pierced, air is pumped under it, and the cork pops out 🔗

dopleta, I hang out here too, I see what beauty you are exhibiting and I persuade my husband to buy a wine cabinet, I can take a picture of my bottles that live on the mezzanine.

Oh come on Tanyusha, of course! Otherwise, I’ll get drunk here alone. After renaming the "home bar" into the "wine cabinet" the girls stopped coming in here. And it seems to me that the "bar" was better - both more spacious and more extensive!

It contains information on over 10,000 different wines. It includes a search by brand, producer, grape variety, country, price, etc., just enter the name of the bottle with wine. Divides wines into classic, excellent, excellent, very good, good and acceptable. But, unfortunately, the wines sold by us rarely get into it.

British website Urban Gifts has introduced an accessory for beer lovers. Electronic opener Beer Tracker displays the number of open bottles on a small display, which will allow you to calculate the volume of drinks drunk the night before. However, it is not clear how to include in the calculation those beer bottles that are opened by simply unscrewing the cork. The main feature of the device is that the number displayed on the LCD screen cannot be reset earlier than the next day. As a result, this greatly complicates the task for those family members who do not want to advertise the exact number of empty bottles.
The device is powered by a battery sold in the kit. To conserve battery power, the digital meter display turns off after 15 seconds in standby mode.
The manufacturer claims that this is a great gift for those who compete in the amount of drink. Beer Tracker, at the request of the owner, will be able to count the number of open bottles for the last three months.
The bottle opener sells for about $ 8.

An aerator is a necessary thing if you are lovers and connoisseurs of good wine (just don’t think that I count myself as such). They (I wrote earlier) oxygenate the wine and are believed to help reveal the true taste of the wine. So decide whether you need it or not. We have several.

Well fsё, after the holidays I get my Teskiy from Krasnoyarsk, and then I order an aerator and a thermometer for a bottle in Best (they always have it on order!) - to-do list for January

On the weekend I tasted pomegranate wine and I really liked it, here it is:
🔗
Aspeti Nur pomegranate fruit dry wine 0.75l - Extraordinary premium pomegranate wine. The pomegranate wine material for this wine is harvested from only one variety, the "aspect", which has a very intense structure. Aged in oak barrels from black Karabakh oak for up to 10 years, after which the wine becomes perfectly balanced, with a rich structure, rich pomegranate aroma and pleasant aftertaste. On the top of the bottle there is always the number of the barrel from which the wine is poured.
