Dear Admin, if you cook in Panasonic, then the stewing mode is 3 hours, that's enough, or something else .... Thanks in advance.
Admin
saannai, Panasonic cooks slower.
Therefore, expose with insurance for 3 hours, and then track it upon readiness, after about 1.5-2 hours, start trying the readiness with a knitting needle (it should freely enter the meat). If it's ready sooner, turn off the cartoon.
But keep in mind, do not overcook the meat, as it will still cool in a saucepan in the liquid, this is enough for the meat to be completely cooked.

Admin, this is your next masterpiece.
I'll try to buy some brisket and cook it for Christmas.
Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

P.S. Admin, and where do you buy the bandage at the pharmacy?
Admin
Cookthank you nice to hear

I buy a bandage in an ordinary pharmacy, just yesterday I bought five more pieces, sometimes I have to wear two bandages

Admin, but please tell me how to cook a roll in the oven. I understand that it will most likely be convenient in a duck. How long and at what temperature?

Subscribing to the above. Admin can you tell me if this miracle can be cooked without a multicooker?
Admin
I would do this: set the oven to 180-200 * and heat up the oven, roaster and liquid in it quickly at this temperature (about 20 minutes), then lower the temperature to 160 * and simmer until tender, periodically checking the meat with a knitting needle.
You can check with a core temperature probe, up to 73 * and you're done, even better!
If the meat is boiling, it is better to lower the temperature a little.

How long, I don't even know, I actually do it, but you need to count for 1.5-2 hours

Something like that
Admin

You can try to bake a roll, because the meat has already been marinated in beer.
Honestly, I did not bake
metel_007
Thank you very much for your reply . And bake is an idea, you can up the sleeve.

Thank you! what is, what is

Culinary thread can be ordered here 🔗, or replace with white thread No. 10-20 in two threads.
Elastic bandage is sold freely in the pharmacy, recently bought

Thank you for the detailed answer, tomorrow I will look for both, and at the same time for cranberries

Admin, tell me, please, is it possible to marinate in something else besides beer. Do not consider the question strange, it's just that I absolutely can't drink alcohol right now, but I really want to try the roll, seemingly delicious
Admin

Ksucha, make any marinade, even the most common one for you.
You can just not marinate, but immediately twist and cook.
Just the taste will be different, choose for yourself

I bought a culinary thread in Uuterra the other day. When she was not there, I cooked boiled pork according to the Admin recipe and wrapped it with ordinary white thread

Yes, you can tie it with an ordinary thread, only it is better to take No. 10-20, it will be stronger

I buy a culinary thread in the OZONE online store

Admin, Tanyusha, thank you for your advice!
I made a veal roll in Brand 6050. Marinated in adjika for a day, layered with pieces of lard to make it juicier. Only I am an unfortunate roulette maker ... I barely rolled it into a roll and tied it up ... You can do it without bacon, and it turned out very juicy !!! I will definitely buy an elastic bandage. Fried on all sides on a Zharka and then under pressure for 1 hour (also reinsured). Allowed to cool completely, stood in the refrigerator overnight - in the morning it was perfectly cut into thin pieces!
No photo ... Patam, which was very tasty and quickly crumpled !!!
Admin
Olya, Thank you for your trust!
Well, turning the rolls is not tricky, a little training will work out
And the fact that the veal roll turned out to be juicy and tasty is great. Prepare for health!
