Lean borsch

Ingredients

Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1pc (small)
Beet 1 PC. (average)
Sweet pepper 1 PC.
Potatoes 3pcs (medium)
Cabbage 1/3 (from 1 kg of a swing)
Ketchup 1 multicooker glass
Cherry tomatoes 7 pcs.
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Bay leaf taste

Cooking method

  • Carrots, beets (on a coarse grater), onions, sweet peppers (in cubes), ketchup, put everything in a stone saucepan and put on 돌솥 누룽 시 (baked rice) for 15 minutes.

  • Lean borsch

  • I opened it, added potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes (cut in half), salt, pepper, bay leaves and hot boiled water. I set it to 돌솥 잡곡 (whole grain rice in a stone pot).
  • I waited for the end of the program 65min.

Cooking program:

돌솥 누룽 시 + 돌솥 잡곡
