Yeast pancakes with raw potatoes

Ingredients

wheat flour. 200g
flour rye. 50g
water (approx) 400ml
sugar (to taste) 1-3 st. l.
salt 3 \ 4 - 1h l.
vegetable oil (in dough) 4 tbsp. l.
raw potatoes (medium) 1 PC.
dry fast-acting yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Yeast pancakes with raw potatoes
  • Combine flour, salt, sugar, yeast, gradually add water so that no lumps form. You can take a mixer as an assistant.
  • Peel potatoes and finely grate.
  • Yeast pancakes with raw potatoes
  • Add grated potatoes to the pancake dough. Mix. Leave the dough to stand.
  • After about 1 hour, the dough will increase in volume and you can, by adding vegetable oil to the dough, start frying pancakes.
  • Yeast pancakes with raw potatoes
  • This pancake can already be turned over, as one side is browned.
  • Pancake is ready in the pan

  • I made these buckwheat-wheat pancakes using French sourdough.
  • Ingredients:[/ b]
  • sourdough (1: 1) - 200g
  • wheat flour. - 100g
  • buckwheat flour - 50g (you can grind 50g of toasted buckwheat on a coffee grinder)
  • water - 300ml
  • dry fast-acting yeast - 1/4 tsp.
  • salt, sugar - to taste (I made savory ones, so sugar - 1 tbsp. l., salt - 1 tsp. l.)
  • vegetable oil (odorless) - 4 tbsp. l.
  • potatoes - 180g
  • I like pancakes thinner and ruddy. They are delicious to eat with a baked eggplant appetizer and fresh herbs.

Note

I cook these pancakes with yeast and sourdough, wheat-rye and wheat-buckwheat, sweet and without sugar. The result is always pleasing.
