Egg bread with hop sourdough

Egg bread with hop sourdough (in KhP)

Structure:

- 3 cups wheat flour
- 3 tbsp. l. with a heap of hop sourdough
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 40 ml of kefir

Preparation:

- We load all the ingredients in a bucket of bread maker and put it in the "pizza" mode
- when the dough is kneaded, turn off the bread maker and let the dough double
- we crush once
- when the dough has doubled, turn on the "baking" mode by setting the timer for 1 hour.
