1) Everyone who has questions should check it out.
2) The stove can theoretically be of different modifications, even if it is one model.

Two weeks after the purchase, the shaft stopped turning in both directions, and for about a week it only turned clockwise. I was going to lead to the service, I decided to try it without load - and everything worked fine again ...

Accept new additions to the ranks of bakers. And immediately with gratitude to the site for their benevolence, tolerance and desire to help each other. I bought a Kenwood-350 bread machine. Thanks to the tips on the site, the first 5-6 pastries are there and they are all successful! Even in cases when pets (a cat) jumped on the breadmaker during baking and switched off the current program and switched to another! I had to take out the dough, which was already suitable, hide it in a warm and cozy place, start the program with an empty oven from the beginning, and at about the time of the accident, send the dough back to the oven. I didn't think of anything else at that moment. But everything is just fine.
I took recipes on the forum according to the principle: good reviews - checked, no mines! I tried both simple and rich, everything was successful.
Question to fugaska: tell me where in Odessa there is rye flour. My searches have not yet been crowned with success (tavria, glutton, buffet ...)

Question to fugaska: tell me where in Odessa there is rye flour.

I'm already scared to think what (or who) my cat would want to bake.

And about Odessa, you come here

I will answer all the same here: in the brands and kopecks there is definitely, it is called "life"
write to me in a personal, I can tell you in detail how to find, for example, in a university

Hello everyone! I liked your site very much. Publicly available! I chose a stove for myself and now every day I try to bake a treat on it. Yesterday I tried to bake a cupcake according to Alexandra's recipe. It turned out very tasty. She did everything in the stove, she did not stir anything except eggs. She did not cover with anything and did not lubricate with anything. So my KENWOOD BM 350 passed the first cupcake test. Thank you girls for the recipes !!!

I'm not a sorceress yet, but just learning to work with a bread maker and a forum (not everything works out right away). Thanks to everyone, Fugaska, Uncle Sam, and Viki. And I read about Odessa on the website, and hw flour. flour was found. But I was not lucky with baking from rye flour, but I'm not going to give up!

Hey everyone! The girls want to make some kind of sweet bread with milk and eggs. Maybe someone has a proven recipe ?! Tell me please

fugaska! Can I try milk with sesame seeds without sesame seeds? otherwise I don't have it. or the taste is not at all the same?

Hello everybody! I'm a beginner, I bought VM 350 yesterday, I tried it right away. There are problems mentioned above, i.e. there are flour residues in the corners. And so, it turned out delicious (ate in one stick). The second - I put it on the timer (Bread-brioche (sorry, if I wrote it incorrectly)) the problem is the same + painfully crumbly came out.
I read all the comments and recommendations, I'll try to take it into account in the evening.
But I have a question, when buying, the seller advised a mixer to lubricate the rast before adding the ingredients. oil, is it necessary? And, accordingly, is it necessary to lubricate the form?
Also, after reading the forum, I read that the recipes, for example, for Panasonic, differ from the real one (the book for the products is the rents on the site). Are there any such disagreements about VM350?

What's the point?
The propeller drives the bun in such a way that all the butter goes into the dough without a trace. It's easier to add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of more oil in the recipe itself than greasing the bucket and mixer.

Why do we read about the harmfulness of Teflon once a month?
Because in our HP everything is non-stick and anti-stick.

For the same reason, mass sales of automatic washing machines (all over the world, except for the USSR) began at the beginning of the 20th century.
And, of the same complexity, bread makers lagged behind washing machines, waiting for the invention of photoplastic (Teflon). Without it, homemade (automatic) bread baking is a struggle against difficulties.

Hello everybody!
Yesterday I tried to bake two times:
1. By prescription
ingredients qty
warm milk 3.2% 310 ml
butter 60 gr
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1.5 tsp
yeast 2.0 tsp
wheat flour 500 gr
program 1 for a large loaf with a dark crust
by the way, I dilute sugar, salt and butter in well warm milk

With the accelerated baking program only - 58 min. The bread turned out to be ruddy, tasty, but small (I read here that this program does not always work out smoothly)

2. I put on the timer (morning baking) according to the recipe indicated in the book, the simplest classic, without milk, namely flour, rast. oil, salt, yeast, sugar, water.
In the morning my expectations were met. First, the bun was still correct, since there was no flour on the sides. Second, tall, crusty and tasty

Hello everyone! Today I baked a cupcake, but it didn't work out very well for me, it’s so big, but the question is one and important for me, I just can’t figure it out with the programs, 6 Sweet bread; 7 quick baking; 8 Pastry - which one of these programs is suitable for a cupcake and what does Pastry mean because the description for 7 and 8 programs is almost identical, maybe I didn’t understand something, you’ll forgive me for another "Teapot" in this matter, help me figure it out

P.S. ROxana, share the recipe by which the cupcake was baked or give a link, otherwise my debut with the cupcake was not entirely successful.
Lazy
well, I'll turn on :))
at Kenwood 256 (250) the blade is asymmetric, has a slope, rotates in one direction
Moulinex 3000 also (they are exactly the same, even the buckets and scapulae are interchangeable)
Delongues 125s twisted in different directions, I thought it seemed to me, but no - for sure. The scapula is perfectly symmetrical.
about the structure of the dough ... well, I don’t believe that you can twist protein molecules with your hands. but I believe that the movements usual for the hands are performed at the correct, precise pace. This is from the same series that you need to whisk the whites by hand only in one direction. Try to continue in the opposite direction as clearly and quickly
Quote: Alen Delonghi

But can the engine stop rotating in the "reverse" direction, but at the same time continue to work in the "forward" direction ... This is a question ... I would like to know what kind of motor control circuit there is ...
can be compared with a sewing machine, there is a reverse. Without stopping the engine and the stitch by pressing a button (force, i.e. mechanics), the reverse is turned on, let go - again straight. Perhaps mechanically, the plastic "hook" slips over a large amount of dough (600), and at 400 the reverse is triggered.
Cheri
what is the actual difference, the main thing is that the bread turns out (it rotates in both directions)
GAlexV
When I bought HP, the first breads were baked in different modes at low weight (500 g of the final product). THE SHAFT SPINNED IN BOTH SIDES - first in one direction, then in the other, then vice versa again.
So: the bread turned out great, there was no flour in the corners, the bun was beautiful. In short, the bread was great.
He began to bake large breads (1 kg of finished product). I always load the ingredients so as to end up with 900-950 grams of bread. So: the SHAFT SPINS IN ONE SIDE! At the same time, the bread is not always evenly mixed, you have to collect the dough on the walls and "pick out" flour in the corners, so that later your teeth will not break.

My opinion is this: with a low weight of the product, the shaft rotates in different directions, with a large weight - only one.
Cheri
heh, bad, so why then make the weight 750 or 1000 grams if the stove does not pull (this is me about the manufacturer)
Domovenok
agree with GAlexV! With a light weight (750 grams) it turns in both directions alternately, with a weight of 1000 grams it turns only in one direction! noticed more than once, since the purchase of the cotton
kostik79
just bought HP and watched 1 bread for 500 gr. - the shaft was spinning in different directions
Cheri
I initially spun in both directions at 500 grams, and now in one direction, but I want to say it kneads well, and it did not stick on the bread.
Alexa
(y) That's right! Firmware for different modifications is adapted for power, weight, design features. The reversal of shaft rotation exists and is due to the technical calculations of the company's engineers. Engine resource or product taste - check it yourself. And the direction of rotation is clockwise or counterclockwise ... the bread maker is not right-handed or left-handed, and there is no need to ask about its torsion fields. The egg and gingerbread man are in perfect shape, whatever one may say. A small "carlson" on the right is seen through the ribs. Works according to a specific algorithm. The best bread maker has not yet gone on sale and is not even in the blueprints on the developers' tables! Trust yours and learn to exploit it. And it will be delicious!
Niashka
I also spin in both directions…. when 500g ... .. if more than 750g 1000g ... then into one ... ..

I bought my aunt Kenwood 350, baked a test bread in it myself without any problems. I gave it to my aunt. She baked bread on program 9, overdid it with yeast. And now on the trail. day I decided to bake new bread on program 3. The time report started, but the agitator did not turn on at the right time, the batch did not start and no activity except the ongoing time reporting took place. Aunt in horror, SC in another city. What could it be ?? pulling the plug out of the network did not help.
mesovasco
Well this is a program with preheating - 8 min.
UmSabir
Neither 8 minutes nor 60 minutes later did the batch start ...
Celestine
And she tried again, perhaps the stirrer was not inserted correctly, it happens. If the countdown is running, then the stove is working.
UmSabir
I tried this and that, and tried to start the stove with an empty bucket without flour, etc. I don't even know what the problem might be. On the program, baking, the ten is heating ... And I baked bread in this oven, everything worked ...
Uncle Sam
"Calm! Only calm!"
Carlson

Try running the "dough" or "pizza" program.
Without a bucket, the stove cover is open. And look-listen.
Options:
1. There is a noise of a running motor, but nothing rotates - a belt has fallen off (warranty case, but any man will fix it in 10 minutes).
2. There is noise, rotation is visible - there is a problem with the shaft of the bucket, it is jammed (the case is not guaranteed, but it is quite possible to soak it yourself).
3. Nothing makes noise and does not rotate - the engine has burned out, its relay has failed, or its wire has flown off (a direct road to the service, there is a chance to repair it under warranty).
Good luck!

Does this or another model have a dispenser? Have there been any complaints about him?

Help, pliz. Otherwise you will have to buy SD 255.

Rosewell, buy 255, kenwoods don't have a dispenser.

Dear Kenwood 350 owners.
Is it possible to knead cool yeast-free dough for homemade noodles or dumplings in this bread maker? Which program to use? There is no separate DUMPLING program.

Of course, really, I made the dough on the 10th program for dumplings, it turned out very well, the dough is elastic, does not tear, and if you need to do something very tight after the first kneading, turn off the batch again.

My question: Is it possible to bake quick bread from Elena Bo on the 7th program "Quick baking" (For baking from yeast-free (unleavened) dough) at 2:08? I do not quite understand what can be done with unleavened dough for 2 hours 08 minutes. Maybe the question is stupid, but all the same. Thank you.

Rosewell, buy 255, kenwoods don't have a dispenser.

I do not see a problem that there is no dispenser, personally it does not bother me at all. Moreover, she bakes bread perfectly. And the dispenser does not always open, it gets clogged and there are more problems with it than without it.

I just bought a BM 350. She has convection. Here is a recipe book, part of the instructions: 🔗

Today I tried to bake bread for the first time not from ready-made mixtures (I recently had a bread maker), I prepared fried onions as additives. Mother of God!!! It turned out to be so delicious that you can eat it just like that, without anything. Only next time I will reduce the recommended amount of yeast, otherwise the bread in the baking process has risen right up to the brim and then the "roof" has fallen off, and I will set the "dark color of the crust" (baked on "average", it seems a little pale).
For the rest, beautiful marquise, it's okay, it's okay

500 g of plain white according to their recipe the first time. There was a little flour on the ends, since I did not measure it absolutely accurately.

Thanks Niashka. Does it work on the first program at all or not? And then I have already baked three loaves of bread (on the 1st) and have not seen a working convection fan.

The question is a little off topic, but I don’t know where to write and I’m reluctant to start a new topic.
I have a Kenwood 350 and there are two dough mixers in the kit, one teflon and the other kind of plastic. Why two? somebody will tell
Rosewell
I guess in case of damage first. I cut it, forgetting to take it out.
Rosewell
Is this the fan seen from the side? Somehow, at the end of program 1, I saw how it rotated. You can hear him.
