Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Yeast 1 1/2 teas. spoons
Salt 1 1/2 teas. spoons
Sugar 2-2 1/2 table. spoons (I actually poured more - 3-4 sec. spoons, because there was a goal - sweet bread)
Curd (I had 5% but fatter is better) 120 g
Hot chocolate. These pouches are sold similar to instant coffee. 5-6 st. spoons 2 sachets
Grows oils. 2 tbsp. spoons
or
Butter butter 15-20 g
Liquids (includes 1 medium egg) 310 - 330 ml
Any liquid, but if milk or kefir, then a more rich dough is obtained. I give the liquid so approximately, because the cottage cheese is different
A spoonful of cognac (optional) 1 table. l.
Ground cinnamon (in principle, also optional) 0.5 teaspoon
Ginger 1/8 te. spoons (i.e. half of the 1/4 mark in the measuring spoon)
Into the dispenser
Walnuts about 150g

Cooking method

  • During the kneading process, be sure to keep an eye on the bun. Since it is not known how much water the cottage cheese will give. In my case, I added 2 tablespoons (measured) of flour.

I took a recipe for curd cheese bread from the site as a basis. Sorry, I don't remember the author, but a huge gratitude to him for the recipe.
I changed the ingredients a little and it worked.
It turns out to be an excellent buttery little chocolate bread. I do not have time to take a picture, it is immediately eaten.
Became the child's favorite bread. Has baked already several times, there were no punctures.

In this case, instead of liquid, you need to pour the brewed cocoa. The stronger, the richer the taste of the bread. I myself did not do that, my friend baked. But the bread tastes "cocoa"
