Do your friends have Gelberk too? and which ones, how long ago they took ...
natan
Where did you find her? and whose is this miracle in feathers ...

here you can take a look ...

Can anyone praise or scold Gelberk, in particular 2046

Here are the characteristics 🔗

I want to take it, it looks nice in the store ...
Advantages - 700 W, two blades, max weight 1250, suitable price
by the way, the preheat mode generally means turning on the heating element,
as with other brands ...

and further -
how the blades are placed if there are two of them - towards each other or
so that from the spouts they look in one direction

I ask you to communicate on this issue in this topic, you do not need to open new topics for this.

I also started real operation

How are you doing ...

I have 3 mouths of 1 kg of products fly away in a couple of days,
therefore I tried only basic white, with cheese and onions,
Easter cake. There are of course nuances ...

So far, the notes on operation are standard: you need to shaman, to brown the crust (the glass window is large, the bowl is large with two blades ...), it is difficult to take out the bread (the blades mostly remain in the bread - two are large), it is not clear how to interfere with the algorithm
programs (well, somewhere to skip a stage or, on the contrary, to extend) ...

in general, I am not disappointed yet ... I will master the linen oven

What model are you talking about?

GELBERK 2046 - that's what I bought
McFlooder
We, too, bought Gelberk GL-2047 about half a year ago. It differs from 2046 in the ability to independently program the baking process.
In general, at first we baked 2 bricks. It was quite possible to build a house from them, but they were not suitable for consumption. Then I found this site and printed out the manual. After that, the bread became edible.
Of course, we have nothing to compare with, but I really like the bread maker. Now I decided to register to share my impressions.

And I like! For how long it has served faithfully. Description and instructions: 🔗

I'm thinking of buying Gelberk GL 2049, BUT !!! there is no information on it. If not difficult, somebody write plc what programs this machine has. I can't find the instructions. links that I found on this site - no longer work OOOOOOOO Very much I ask!
Tatika
Please help me find a recipe book and instructions for the Gelberk GL-2049 bread maker. I tried to bake according to recipes for other c / n - it does not work. Thank you.
| Alexandra |
Please tell me, but you probably bought it not in Russia?
Tatika
In Russia, namely in Tatarstan.

Good day! The instruction is very necessary and Gelberk GL2045. You can even scan the pages that explain what to do with this miracle, we plan to just bake bread. I have a Panasonic, so everything is clear on the display, I did not even open the instructions. And gelberk at the mother-in-law and without instructions. I will be very grateful for any help.

natan, Hello! I beg you help! A couple of days ago I bought the same bread maker as your gelberk 2406 but without instructions! Please send me instructions for it! I will thank you! I can’t deal with the apparatus!

Bread Maker Gelberk

Here is GELBERK GL 2047 and the first Wheat Bread with Whole Grain Flour:
Water 500 g
Flour x / p 565 g
Flour c / z 175 g
Salt 2 tsp
Yeast 2 tsp
Weight 1250 g, prog Main

Program Main- 3:50 -
alignment- 0:40
batch is the only one! - 0:18
proofing 1- 0:45
proofing 2- 0:17
proofing 3- 0:46
baking - 1:02.
After the first and second proofing, deboning for one minute.
Kneading with two paddles is not like in the Scarlett-400 with one paddle - impressed!
She put the left shoulder blades at 12 o'clock. right - at 9 o'clock.
The dough lay flat and rose flat, the roof fell off at the end of baking.
The crust is thick, oak, after cooling, it was put into a bag, and the crust became soft.
The crumb with large pores and coarser than from SK-400, there are almost no crumbs.

I have a question: in which bread makers is there such an algorithm with one batch and three proofers?
I would like to see what kind of bread is obtained in them?
And then I do! and !!!
In Scarlett I baked white, and c / z, and rye, and the structure of the bread is different.
GELBERK has individual programming, what parameters should be set for such a recipe?
Am I correct in thinking the roof collapsed due to prolonged proofing?

Svetlana2014, Lots of water, bake according to recipes from the forum, everything will work out
Svetlana2014
sazalexter, this is a recipe from the forum!
Newbie
Not much water at all. I consume more for the whole grain mix. What gingerbread man was?
sazalexter
Svetlana2014, Provide a link to the recipe.
Svetlana2014
Newbie, sturdy bun, not sticky, just perfect. Look at the program, one kneading and three proofers, the boning is very weak, the dough grew, grew, grew and fell off! If only to knead it after the first raising !? What do you think?
A citizen
Svetlana2014,
Probably the flour was stored at high humidity, try not 500, but 470 ml and add a tablespoon of sugar.
Possibly low protein content.
What flour did you use - general purpose or bakery?
sazalexter
Svetlana2014, On the cut, the bread is damp, the roof collapsed. there is little yeast for this weight of flour, a strange recipe. Link to the source!
Svetlana2014
A citizen, in the recipe there are two flours - baking wheat and whole grain wheat.
Alex100
this is the recipe from the book BORK X800 rustic French bread
according to the recipe everything is so
Svetlana2014
sazalexter, not a bit raw, well baked, only the crumb is rough, slightly rubbery, little crumbling.
Svetlana2014
Alex100, this recipe is from the topic The easiest bread, but I just can't find which one.

well, I wrote to you where he came from) you just need to adapt your stove to this recipe
sazalexter
this is a recipe from the book BORK X800 in this and a mistake. HP manufacturers provide strange recipes, usually with errors.
Bake according to recipes tested by forum users at least this https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2972.0

I have the same programs - one batch, three proofers, two deboning. One boning is more authentic, the other is about nothing at all. A minute of boning is a lot, I have 15 seconds. Is it hot in your house? Maybe choose a shorter program? When it's cold at home, I choose the longest program, when it's hot - shorter. In general, I, to be honest, control the whole baking process - when I see that there is not much distance, I turn off the oven and wait for it to come up. When he clearly rearranges, I immediately turn on the baking.
Svetlana2014
Newbie, there is a short program. I will take into account your experience! I have two stoves and one minute deboning is very intense, but in this one it is 10 times weaker, the blades turn half a turn, or even less, an hour or so. the dough does not come off the walls of the mold, but sags slightly. What is your HP?

Next time try scrubbing and crunching the dough with a spatula (instead of the oven). Compare the result. Maybe then it will be clearer.
I have a Unit.
Svetlana2014
Newbie, thanks, it never even occurred to me, I'll try.

Your advice helped! After the first proofing, I kneaded the dough thoroughly with a spatula. The crumb structure is more uniform. Thank you!

What kind of oven does it look like ???
A citizen
Svetlana2014,
Try to reduce the yeast to 1.5 tsp. and water to 470 ml, and add a tablespoon of sugar.
Svetlana2014
A citizen, yes of course!
Alex100
for 740 g of flour 1.5 tablespoons of yeast) then it will clearly be that this happened)
I am generally surprised by such advice, for example, add 30 ml, add 40 g
why such calculations? even the correct recipe may not work if the damp flour or yeast is weak
you need to look after the fact)

Bread Maker Gelberk

This stove has 2 sets of blades of different heights.
What is it for, please tell me?
Alex100
Svetlana2014, I think that the high ones are used for large loaves at an output of 1350 which
and for the kilogram, the little ones are enough
sazalexter
Svetlana2014, High paddle with small lever for heavy, whole grain dough with a lot of rye flour. The other two are for a plain wheat flour roll.
Svetlana2014
ROMA: Bread on old dough
Old dough 200 g
Wheat flour 500 g +3 sec. l.
Potatoes. decoction 350 ml
Salt 10 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

I counted for a higher weight, prog Main 3:50, dark crust.
After the first proving, she helped with deboning with a spatula.

Hello everyone! Tell me, owners of model 2047, can you measure the height of the bucket, please.

I can't choose between 2046 and 2047. I saw 2046 "live".

It was said here that in 2047 you can program the program yourself. What is it like? Change the time of kneading, proofing?
Svetlana2014

Kneading 0-30

Rise2 0-120
Rise 3 0-120
Baking 0-60

annnushka27, bucket height at 2047 16 cm.
On the individual. program you can change the time and kneading and proofing and baking
in the specified intervals.

annnushka27
Thank you very much Svetlana! It so happened that I now have two HPs, 2046 and 2047. I could not choose between the two, but there was a special offer in the store .... So if you have any questions about them - ask! 2047 has a higher bucket than 2046.
Tochechka
Girls, owners of 2047 stoves, write a few words as time passes. Does everything work like a bucket cover? Do you use an individual program? It's just that there is an opportunity to take such a new stove, so I think, take it or some other programmable one and for two mixers ...
