You brought back summer! The sun!
What a beauty! Is it from frozen cobs?
Dream!

Lana, thanks. Yes, the cobs are frozen.

Today we bought fresh sweet corn, which is no longer tender, but not mature either.
I put 4 ears on a stand, poured 400 ml of water:
2 minutes - Steam cooking - level 3

Cooking time in general took - 20 minutes
It turned out great

And I, too, was tempted to cook for a couple. Well, quickly. I didn't like corn at all. So dry. And in water, yes ... it's another matter.
Tanyulya, thanks for the recipe. This I must be so picky.

I don’t know, maybe it depends on the type of stand (I have a low one), maybe on the amount of water (I had it under the very bottom of the steamer stand), maybe you got such a rough variety, or maybe vice versa - I’m an unkillable variety - that is, you won’t spoil it , I don't know, but the corn really turned out to be very juicy and tender

Tanechka, I only steam corn. It always turns out juicy like boiled in water, only a hundred times tastier. You probably got this kind of corn.

Girls, probably the corn is like that oak got caught. They bought it.
It's good that you wrote. Otherwise I really would have sinned for a couple.
