Very beautiful!
And, most importantly, everything is baked together
Gopher! And after what size the form (I want to understand which option to do). And then recently I did something from the forum, but you can see the form is large and the dough was barely enough to cover up the filling
afnsvjul
So far no one answers, I was also interested in this recipe and climbed the link and there a 26x26 cm form is used
Omela
I made a cake again today. I added 50g to the dressing. oatmeal (Nordic) from the total amount of flour. And there was a little more cottage cheese. The picture is terrible, there was no time to exhibit the composition! Vkusnaaaaaa !!!

Girls, hello, how do you think such a cake will turn out in a multicooker?
Omela
Anyutka-82 , welcome to the forum! It will work in a slow cooker, but the crumb will not be crispy. Here here I baked a similar pie in a cartoon.
Alexandra
Very nice

I baked a similar (rework) - plus a layer of cranberry jam. Cut into pieces and named cranberry-curd cookies
Kobeika
I also baked a dark cake today - it turned out very tasty! It is so easy and quick to bake - a wonderful recipe. Wort and Omela - thank you for the recipe!

The recipe caught my eye when I thought of using cottage cheese as a filling. The proportions used earlier did not satisfy me very much: sometimes dry, sometimes liquid, sometimes unsweetened, sometimes the filling falls apart, sometimes too dense ... Having hesitated between the recipes for the Susli and Mistletoe fillings (one uses flour, the other uses starch), I made average - a spoonful of flour + a spoonful of starch. It turned out the very "it".
The first time I tried it with butter biscuit (muffin dough), the filling was in the middle, the second time I used a ready-made baking mixture + blueberry filling (also ready-made) + this filling on top; on top of the filling a pleasant, tender, and at the same time not fragile and not flimsy crust formed. I wanted to use cottage cheese, which turned out to be unclaimed in our menu this week, but it turned out to be a real cottage cheese cake. The first time I did not think of taking a picture, but the second time unexpected guests came and quickly sentenced him But both times - take his word for it! - wonderful appearance.
Wort and Omela, thanks for the idea!

Girls, tell me, please. We ordered a mastic cake, but they want something like a cheesecake inside. But they don't want pure cheesecake (become boring))) Fruit-berries, too, and nothing chocolate. Who has already made this cake - do you think it will work if you make two layers (like putting one "pie" on top of the other) and layer them, for example, with yogurt cream? Will it look like cheesecake? And what is the height of the cake in the original?
Omela
VivaLaDiva , that's what you asked !!!! I went and measured the height of my form, it is 5cm, so the cake was somewhere 3.5cm (plus or minus a kilometer). I don't know about putting one on top of the other ... That is, you want to bake two cakes, and then lay one on top of the other, and between them to spread something else ?? Yes, and mastic on top ??? No, I'm getting lost !!! One thing I can say - the filling here is very tasty and quite dense ...
VivaLaDiva
Omela, Well, thank you!!! Especially for the efficiency, they also measured the shape Yes, everything is correct - I want two cakes and put one on top of the other))) So that the butt cakes are not dry, soak them with something fermented)))) Judging by the photo, the consistency of the cake will suit me) )) The main thing is that it tastes "based on cheesecake" but not it. In short, how they sometimes confuse their heads, sit back and invent)))

Girls, good time of the day))) In general, I first decided to try this recipe for my own))) Of course, as a festive cake to order, it will not work, but as a sooooo delicious pie for lovers of cottage cheese - just super !!!! The kids ate it with a bang! I also mashed frozen raspberries and poured them on top ... mmmm, delicious))) It's a pity that I'm on a diet, so I would diminish half of the pie))) Thank you very much for the recipe. I made a white version, but without corn flour. Fotat did not - he is one to one the same as in Omela))) Thanks again for the delicious recipe

Good night everyone!
I bring my "Torfyannik" to evening and night tea.
Either from a great mind, or from a desire to show off, I decided to make different sprinkles for the cakes. One with cocoa, the other without. That is, combine both recipes together. Here's what came of it:
Peat curd cake (Toorbakook)
Omela
Sladolka , a great pie turned out !!! And it tastes like ??? Did you like it ??
Sladolka
Omela , the family is delighted! But I can't appreciate it myself. Sweet, I haven't eaten for more than 4 years.
By the way, husband not loves curd baked goods. But the main thing is not to tell him about it!
metel_007
Girls, but I have a disaster Prepared the dough, the filling, all neatly in a split form. and when I took it, in order to transfer it to the oven, the bottom fell out along with all the contents (fortunately, on the table, not on the floor). I was terribly upset - what should I do? Do not throw it away.
While I collected everything in a bowl, put it in the refrigerator until the evening, can someone tell me what you can make of this dough.
Omela

can someone tell me what you can pile from this test.
metel_007 , well, nothing, don't be upset !!! I don’t know what else to advise here, how to gently mix and bake.

Why endure for so many years and not eat sweets, if you can make it without sugar and fat
Alexandra, probably because I weighed 145,400 and decided not to eat either flour, sweet or fatty ... I eat dried fruits absolutely normal. Fructose is more harmful than sugar itself, honey cannot be tolerated by the body ... Well, something eat / drink with sugar substitute ...
Last month I started eating a little bit of black bread. We must already accustom the body to a normal lifestyle ...

Alexandra, I will definitely drop by! I will probably pick something valuable and useful for myself! Moreover, my mother is diabetic.

Omela, I join Alexandra's request - clean us!

Hello everyone. Here I am with my piece. Immediately I want to thank Susl and Omela for a wonderful recipe.
Peat curd cake (Toorbakook)
My cake turned out to be thin, as I decided (out of greed) to make it in a larger shape. I thought there would be more. In fact, the cake turned out to be larger, but very low. But this did not affect the taste.
Omela
lyudmila7206 , the main thing is that it did not affect the taste !!! Glad you liked it!

Girls, why did I miss such handsome men?
sea39
girls, tell me, what kind of cottage cheese we take? regular or creamy? What consistency filling should be?
Omela
Marina, ordinary cottage cheese. The filling is like sour cream in consistency.
Husky
Omela, in the white version you have baking powder, but in the recipe with cocoa it is not !! Is he lost there or is it supposed to be?
Omela
husky , there is no baking powder in the original recipe, but I put it.
Zhivchik
Girls, Tanya and Ksyushka, thanks for the recipe)
True, I made this pie according to a recipe from the Internet, and then found it with us.

In general, a toad crushed me for 600 g of cottage cheese. Made in 2 packs (400 g) and in the form of 26 cm, the other is not. I always add baking powder to the dough. Vanillin was added to the dough and filling. When the cake was baked, the filling was inflated with a hemisphere ... oh, I think it will be like that in finished form ...
Then, when it cooled down, on the contrary, the filling failed.
In general, my family really liked the pie)

Yeah) You could ... once ... and half the recipe.
And if I did so, then in my form 26 cm, there would be some kind of razmAzny.

Today I baked both options. I put 5% cottage cheese in the dark one and it turned out denser. In light there was 9% cottage cheese - it turned out more tender. Both options are very tasty, my mother asked me to keep the recipe. The kid has done away with a whole piece !. Usually bites 2 times and gives away)

Omela
Katerina, you have very beautiful pies !!! I'm glad the child liked it !!!
Dutya
Here is just a question about the test. I had it as a crumb. I put it tightly on the bottom, and just sprinkled the filling on top. Is that how it should be?
Omela
That's right, the dough should be crumbs.

Girls !!!
Thank you so much for the miracle - the recipe !!! In work - it couldn't be easier))) Delicate cake, melts in your mouth))) It's so delicious!
Made without cocoa.
