Omela, Hello! Thanks a lot for the recipe! The bread turned out to be delicious, ruddy, with fluffy crumb!

Kneading the dough and baking it in KhP, reducing the proportions. Baked on the "French bread" mode, the rise time turned out to be about 3.5-4 hours with 1 kneading.
The proportions of the ingredients are as follows:
• Wheat flour - 280gr
• Whole grain flour - 80g
• Salt - 8gr (2/3 tsp.)
• Sugar - 20 g (1.5 h. L.)
• Mashed potatoes - 130g
• Potato broth - 100g
• Sour cream 15% - 130gr
• Vegetable oil - 12 g (2.5 h. L.)
• Yeast - 1 hour. l.

Today I could not resist and photographed Very tasty bread, I will definitely bake it more than once!
