Chicken cake with mushrooms

Ingredients

Cakes:
Chicken fillet 500 g
Medium onion 1 PC.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper, chicken spices
Mushroom layer:
Fresh mushrooms (I have porcini) 0.5KG
Medium bulbs 2 pcs.
Medium carrots 2-3 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Mayonnaise 2-3 st. l.
Greens
Vegetable oil
Salt, pepper to taste
Cheese cream:
Sausage cheese 300 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Mayonnaise Little

Cooking method

  • Skip the chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder. Add eggs to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, spices, mayonnaise, milk. Stir and add flour. You should get a thick mass. Divide the dough into three parts. Bake the cakes in a skillet with vegetable oil on both sides, like a liver cake. Leave to cool.
  • For the mushroom layer, onions and carrots must be passivated in vegetable oil. Add mushrooms,
  • Add herbs, salt, pepper and simmer all together ~ 15 minutes. Cool and mix with mayonnaise. Grease the cooled first cake layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Cover the top with a thick mushroom mass. Put the second cake on top, also grease with mayonnaise and the remaining mushroom mass. Put the third cake on top, grease it with cheese cream. And also on the sides of the cake. To do this, grate the sausage cheese on a fine grater, add a clove of garlic and mayonnaise, mix thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight to soak.
