I did not use HP, as I made 2 with a small portion. Along the way, I overexposed the dough on the third climb (I had to run out on business and stayed longer than I expected), the dough already rested on the lid. In the finished cakes, there is a slight sourness in the aftertaste (or maybe I just forgot what taste the cakes should have in a year?). And I also have a little sugar, I added up to 100 g to the dough while kneading; and my flour was so dry (in a hermetically sealed jar) that I had to add 200-250 ml of milk while mixing all the ingredients. From the flavors I added cardamom from myself and zest and lemon and orange, well, I always add nutmeg. Ready-made cakes are very fragrant, moist, as I like, and a wonderful structure of the dough itself. And I was also captivated by the simplicity of execution, despite the fact that I kneaded the dough with my hands, about 35 minutes, you could have kneaded another 15 minutes, but time was just running out. In short, I'm very happy with the recipe. I eat Easter cakes all day, but everything is at the "tasting" level. Like it so much! Happy Easter everyone!
