Strawberry sauce for fish and meat


fresh strawberries (frozen) 200 grams
dry red wine 100g
balsamic cream (vinegar) 2 tsp
sugar 2-4 tsp
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
lemon balm leaf 1-2 pieces
basil leaf 1-2 pieces

Cooking method

  • Cut the strawberries in half.
  • Pour in wine.
  • Put on simmer for 10-15 minutes (so that alcohol stops smelling)
