Creamy chocolate fruit panna cotta


strawberry juice or any other 100 ml
sugar 50 g or to taste
chocolate 20-30 g
strawberries or other berries (fruits) according to the season 4 things
vanilla sugar 1 package
gelatin 25 g
cream or homemade sour cream 500 ml

Cooking method

  • Dissolve gelatin in 50 ml of boiled cold water and leave for 30 minutes to swell. In the meantime, beat well in the vanilla cream and sugar.
  • When the gelatin swells, put it in a water bath to melt and carefully pour it into the whipped cream, leaving 1.5-2 tbsp for juice. We mix.
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath. If the chocolate is not at hand, then you can simply replace the cocoa.
  • Add chocolate to 1/3 of the whipped cream.
  • Pour the chocolate-cream mass into the bottom of the glass and put in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Next, add the creamy mass and return to the refrigerator.
  • Cut the strawberries into thin slices. We spread them on a creamy mass and fill them with strawberry juice (I also add a little sugar to the juice) with gelatin. We leave in the refrigerator until it solidifies. A delicious, light and cool dessert is ready.

Time for preparing:

30 min + 1 hour for hardening
