Cooking method

  • Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a medium grater. We put vegetables in a multicooker bowl, add vegetable oil, salt, a mixture of "Four peppers", a dry mixture from the mill "Tuscany. Italian cuisine" from Kotanyi. Install the Baking program. Fry for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  • At this time, fry the mushrooms in a pan, adding vegetable oil and a dry mixture from the Kotanyi Mushrooms and White Herbs mill.
  • After 10 minutes, transfer the fried mushrooms to the multicooker bowl. Fry for another 10 minutes with the lid open, stirring occasionally.
  • Set the program "Stew. Soup", time 30 minutes. We put potatoes in a multicooker bowl, pour 500 ml of boiling water from a kettle, add one allspice pea, a tiny bay leaf. Add salt, pepper and other spices if necessary.
  • After 20 minutes, add the washed canned beans (I took a Bonduelle product), chopped parsley and dill, and a pinch of oregano.
  • After 5 minutes add the garlic chopped with a press. Cook the soup for the last five minutes.
  • It is better if you have 10 minutes for the soup to infuse.
  • It may happen that the potatoes do not cook in 30 minutes (there are such varieties), which means we extend the cooking time, focusing on the readiness of the potatoes.

Of course, the best option is soup with fresh porcini mushrooms, but we use what we have.
White beans go well with mushrooms, so the taste of the soup is very harmonious.

The beans are not canned (I perked up to cook the beans until half cooked, put them in the freezer and use them as needed). Instead of water, chicken broth (there were surpluses). I forgot to put the garlic in the soup, I added fresh to the plate.
And, nevertheless, the result is excellent. I'm taking it. I will cook in broth, water and vegetable broths.
And beans + mushrooms is a good combination, yes. And spices should not be spared into this soup, too, yes)
