Pork 100 g
Raw smoked brisket 2 pieces
White cabbage 100 g
Zucchini (small) 0.5 pcs
Carrots (small) 1 PC
Onion (small) 1 PC
Green peas (canned) 0.5 small can
Corn (canned) 2 tbsp. spoons
Hochland Processed Cheese 4 teaspoons (with a slide)

Cooking method

  • Install the Baking program. In a multicooker bowl, put diced pork, two thin slices of uncooked smoked brisket, add a little vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Fry for 10 minutes with the lid closed and 5 minutes with the lid open.
  • Add chopped cabbage, grated carrots on a medium grater, diced onions to the bowl. Add salt, four pepper mix. Fry for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  • Install the "Stew. Soup" program. Add the diced courgette. Add some salt and pepper, pour in some water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add green peas, corn, processed cheese, and salt and pepper if necessary. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • You can leave it for 5-10 minutes on the "Auto-heating" program (if you want the vegetables to be very soft and tender).

There was nothing unexpected for me in the fact that small amounts of "leftovers" of some food are stored in the refrigerator. It was from these "leftovers" that this dish was prepared (with the exception of onions and carrots).
It turned out very tasty!
