cottage cheese 80 gr.
boiling water 160 ml.
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
fresh yeast 10 gr.
wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Add cottage cheese, flour, salt, sugar to the finished thick semolina porridge and mix well, pour in boiling water and mix again. Cool the mass to about 35 degrees, add yeast and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  • Now we will knead the dough by adding the rest of the ingredients. I knead the dough in HP on the "Dough" program (I have it for 1.5 hours with two kneading). You can do the same by hand or using a combine. At the HP signal, we take out the approached dough, form a bread or a loaf (can be divided by 2, since one is very large ready-made, for the whole baking sheet) and let it come up for about 30 minutes more. Lubricate the bread with warm milk, send it to bake in the oven, preheated to 200C for about 25-30 minutes.
