Cream cheese 300 g

Lemon juice 2 tsp

Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
For jelly:
Caramel with apples 40 ml
Orange juice 160 ml
Gelatin 7 g
Water 35 ml

Cooking method

This cake is compiled from two different recipes seen on YouTube.

For the base, lightly melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Add oil. Melt together. Pour the mixture over the flakes, stir.

Place the form on a dish or support. Lay the sides with pastry tape. Put the flakes in the prepared form and tamp a little - without fanaticism. Put in the cold.

Peel and cut the apples into thin slices and drizzle with lemon juice.

In a preheated frying pan, melt the butter and add sugar and stir.

Simmer apples until soft. Then put them on a sieve so that the glass caramel (it will still come in handy). Cool down.

Pour gelatin with water. Whisk the cream cheese. Pour in the cream and mix everything - do not whip. Then pour in melted chocolate and stir. Melt the gelatin and pour into the mousse.

Pour half of the mousse onto the base and put in the freezer for 5-7 minutes. Place apples on top and pour over the remaining mousse. Knock with a mold to let the air out Put in the cold.
For jelly, pour gelatin with water. Squeeze juice from oranges to make 160 ml. Add 40 ml of apple caramel. Add sugar to taste. Strain the mixture. Put on fire and bring the mixture to a boil and add the swollen gelatin. Stir and let cool slightly.

Pour the cooled mixture over the cake. Remove in the cold until the cake solidifies. Decorate the finished cake. I decorated with melted chocolate, cinnamon sticks and flowers cut from apples and boiled in syrup.

Juice for jelly can be taken ready-made if desired. And for the base, you can bake a biscuit. But it really won't be that kind of cake.
