Turkey 500 g
Green beans 400 g
Cheese 100-120 gr
Tomatoes 400 g
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l
Bouillon 200 ml
Salt, pepper, sugar taste
Flour 1 tbsp. l
Onion 1 PC
Wine vinegar 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

Turkey rolls
Cut the turkey into steaks. Beat off. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Boil the beans. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Spread 1/3 of the beans on the meat.

Sprinkle with cheese on top.

Roll the meat into rolls and fasten with toothpicks.

Fry the rolls on all sides over high heat. Put in a mold and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
For the sauce, pour the broth into the butter from frying the rolls, bring to a boil and thicken with flour.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, finely chop the onion. Cut the remaining beans in half and stir in the tomatoes and onions. Season with salt, pepper, add sugar. Mix 3 tbsp. tablespoons of oil with vinegar. Season the salad.
Pour the sauce on a plate and put the roll and salad.

The sauce, if desired, can be made to your liking. I made lingonberry.

At first, looking at the photo, I decided that it was asparagus! But, indeed, you can do it with beans. Great, bright, healthy!
