Bulgarian pepper 5 pieces
Smoked leg 1 PC
Mushrooms 300 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Carrot 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Cheese 100-150 gr
Salt, pepper, spices taste

Cooking method

Cut the peppers in half and peel them of seeds and membranes.

Cut onion, mushrooms and leg into small cubes.
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute, then cool slightly, remove the skin from them and finely chop. We rub the cheese.

Blanch the pepper in boiling water for 3 minutes. We take it out and let it cool slightly.

Saute the onions with carrots, add the mushrooms, fry until half done. Then add the chicken, tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper. Add dill or parsley if desired. Stir and let them stew together for 5 minutes. We put half of the grated cheese and after a minute turn off the heat.

Put the halves of the pepper on a greased baking sheet, fill it with the filling and send it to the oven preheated to 180-200 ° C for 20-25 minutes. We take out the peppers and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes. As soon as a golden brown crust appears on the cheese, the dish is ready.
