I wanted to make a cottage cheese casserole, but there was not enough cottage cheese for all, I decided to make a cottage cheese pie, but here the cottage cheese seems to be too much, and it turned out that something in between a casserole and a pie.
So this is my impromptu.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add sour cream, right in the whipping process, and cottage cheese.
Put the melted butter in the whipped mass and mix.

Add flour, baking powder, mix. The dough is not thick, but not liquid either.
We spread it in a dose, covered with baking paper, for baking. I have a 40 * 25 size.
Cottage cheese casserole

Put in a preheated oven, 180-170 * for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven. We try with a splinter for readiness.

Cut into pieces, sprinkle with powder.
It turned out interesting, this is not a pie, but also not a casserole, a porous, juicy structure, with a slight curd sourness, cottage cheese is recognized in baked goods, but on the other hand, it looks like a pie.
I liked it, unusual, interesting.
I wanted to add more raisins, but I could not find it, I hid it somewhere))
Bon Appetit!!

Rada-dms, I will not even say that the cheesecake, although the cottage cheese is strongly felt, but also not a cake, although it resembles pastries)) in short, something average.
Well, I added cottage cheese until the shelf life expired, and something happened to tea, it even resembles a little gingerbread.
