Flour 3.5 cups
Egg 1 PC
Milk 500 ml
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp

Cooking method

Pour yeast, salt and sugar into the sifted flour. Mix.
Beat in an egg and pour in warm milk. Knead a thick dough.
Cover the dough with foil and remove to a warm place.
After 30-40 minutes, the dough is ready. Do not stir the dough under any circumstances.
Take the dough with a spoon and put it in a hot and greased frying pan. Fry on one side and turn over. Reduce fire. Close the lid and fry until tender.

It is important not to mix the dough, but just to pick up the dough with a spoon!
To raise the dough, I put a saucepan with the dough on the wire rack in the oven and put a dish of boiling water under the dough. I close the oven.
