Sour cream 25% fat 100-115 g
Wheat flour, premium 2 + 1/2 st.
Baking powder for the dough 1 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
For filling
Dried apricots 1 tbsp.
Pumpkin jam 6-7 st. l.
Powdered sugar taste

Cooking method

Rinse dried apricots under running water, transfer to a bowl and fill with hot boiled water. Let it sit for 20 minutes, then drain and cut into small cubes.
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add softened butter, salt and sour cream. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll each of them thinly enough. Apply jam in a thin layer over the entire surface of the dough. Place dried apricots on one end and roll the rolls, sealing the narrow sides.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place in an oven preheated to 180 C and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until tender.
Sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar before serving.

Add the remaining sugar. Wash the tangerines, peel and seeds and cut into small pieces. Add chopped tangerines to pumpkin with sugar, stir. Put on the stove and cook with minimal heat like regular jam, stirring regularly, until tender.
If the pumpkin has given little juice, then you can add about 1/2 tbsp. water, which will help to avoid possible burning of the mass during cooking.
Vary the proportions to your taste, depending on the sweetness and juiciness of the pumpkin and tangerines used, the amount of pumpkin can be increased if desired.

In general, the filling for rolls can be any, depending on taste preferences. Just keep in mind that the dough does not contain sugar. For example, jam and dried apricots can be replaced with apple jam and chopped nuts, or nuts mixed with sugar, honey and butter.
