milk 250 ml
butter soft 70 grams
sugar 50 grams
egg s-1 1 piece
dry yeast 7 grams
salt 1/2 teaspoon
flour ~ 450 grams
boiled painted eggs 9 pieces
confectionery sprinkles

Cooking method

Put salt, sugar in warm milk, beat in an egg, add soft butter, stir. (If yeast, like mine, add to flour. If not, mix milk, a little sugar, flour and yeast first. Let it foam.)
Pour in 400 grams of flour, mix. Add the rest of the flour little by little. It may turn out a little more or less than the specified amount. It took me exactly 450 grams.
Cover the container with the dough with foil. Remove to a warm place for at least 2 hours. The dough should come up 3 times.

Divide the finished dough into 9 equal pieces. I have 95 grams each.

Roll each piece into a thin sausage 60 cm long.

Then fold in half and roll into a bundle.

Make a ring, connect the ends well.

Transfer to a baking sheet. Put a colored egg in the middle. Let the blanks come up. Then brush gently with an egg and garnish with sprinkles. I didn't do everything. I just left wreaths for my grandson.
Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. Do not fry!
Cool completely. You can call your family for a treat.

PS eggs do not burst during baking, sprinkles do not melt.
