Sour cream 150 g
Nori sheets 8 pcs
Cottage cheese 200 g
Salted red fish 300-400 gr
Black caviar (imitation) 100 g
Parsley, dill, green onions taste

I somehow got this recipe and immediately decided that I would definitely do it. But somehow everyone did not reach their hands. But now the reason has appeared and all that is needed for the roll is available. Here I have cooked it. We liked it. We decided to do more, but I will only put nori in one layer. So it seemed to us it would be softer.

Chop the fish and herbs. Beat the curd cheese and mix with the caviar.

Beat sour cream with eggs until smooth. No need to salt.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Pour the egg mixture and bake in
oven for 12-15 minutes at 170 degrees. It is not necessary to bring the cake to a golden brown; the softer it is, the better. Remove the finished cake together with the paper from the baking sheet and allow to cool completely.

Lay double sheets of nori algae on the cooled cake layer - shiny side up, overlapping and lightly press them against the cake with your hands. If the nori overlaps too much, you can trim them.

Cover the top with a sheet of parchment and turn the cake upside down. Remove the parchment carefully.

Then brush with a mixture of cheese and caviar. Sprinkle with herbs. Place the pieces of fish on 2/3 of the cake. Sprinkle the fish with herbs on top. Roll up tight roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
