Fragrant coconut pie (+ video)


chicken egg C1 2 pcs.
granulated sugar 100 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
salt chips.
baking powder 2/3 tsp
premium wheat flour 120 g
coconut milk (regular) 60 ml
coconut flavor taste
condensed milk 120 g
coconut milk 60 ml
cow's milk 80 ml
coconut flakes 40-50 g

Cooking method

All foods should be at room temperature. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until they increase in volume, lighten and light.
Add baking powder to the sifted flour. Mix.
Pour half of the flour into the egg mixture. Stir gently from top to bottom.
Pour in half the coconut milk. Mix.
Add the other half of the flour. Mix gently.
Pour in the remaining coconut milk. Add flavor. Mix. The mass should remain airy and have a fluid consistency.
Cover the bottom of the dish with baking paper. Pour out the dough. Flatten.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer.
Chop the warm cake with a fork over the entire area. Cut into squares.
Make a fill. Pour three types of milk into a cup. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
Pour still hot pie.
Sprinkle with coconut on top.
Leave to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Serve with milk or tea.
